This workshop develops Mark Fell’s explorations of systematised process, procedure, emergence, and group dynamics, focusing on how human and technical networks overlap and interact. In an experimental session, participants are invited to engage with and reflect on their practice in new ways, through both collective activity and guided reflection. The workshop is open to all and centres on procedural sound-making across acoustic, environmental, and electronic approaches. Participants should be technically self-sufficient: so if you bring instruments or equipment, please also bring any required amplification, speakers, and cables. No musical experience or expertise is necessary – although challenging, this workshop is meant to be fun, inclusive, and enjoyable.
